Two disabled badge spaces on the north west side of Cornwall Street and four on the south west side of Grindlay Street. Please note there is no vehicular access to Cambridge Street and Grindlay Street.
Ten wheelchair spaces with companion seats in the stalls.

Two unisex adapted toilets on the ground floor on either side of the Hall.
Level access to bar on ground floor. Help available.

The Queen's Hall
85 - 89 Clerk Street

Main traffic route. No parking on single yellow line in front of the hall between 7.30am and 6.30pm. Single yellow line parking in side streets.
Ramped access to double door. Automatic door opener.
Wheelchair spaces on the ground floor at the centre and sides of the hall. The gallery is not accessible to wheelchair users and may be difficult for people with mobility difficulties to reach. We will be able to advise when you make your booking.
Induction loop system at stalls level.
Sennheiser infra-red system throughout the auditorium. Receivers for use both with and without a hearing aid are available from cloakroom or duty manager.
Unisex adapted toilet on the ground floor with level access and handrails.
Ground floor level access to bar through double door. Removable seats.

Edinburgh Festival Theatre
13 - 29 Nicolson Street

Single yellow lines and Pay and Display spaces on side streets. Double yellow line on Nicolson Street. As it is a main traffic route there is no parking between 7.30am and 6.30pm.
Pavement ramp, or six steps with one handrail, at front of theatre. Level access is also available at a side entrance if required.
Lift access to all levels of the theatre.
Wheelchair spaces available in centre stalls. Large parties welcome.
Sennheiser infra-red system in all areas of the auditorium. Receivers for use both with or without a hearing aid are available, please ask any member of front of house staff if you would like to use this service. Headsets can be collected from the cloakroom.
Levels One, Two and Three of the theatre all have accessible unisex toilets with emergency call buttons.
Cafe has level access on the ground floor. Bars have lift access.
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.
Lift to all floors has a voice announcement.
Braille and tactile signage throughout the building.

King's Theatre
2 Leven Street

Leven Street and Home Street are Greenways and controlled by police. Limited single yellow line parking in Tarvit Street approximately 30 metres away.
Ramped access adjacent to the Box Office or three steps.
Four wheelchair spaces available in the stalls. Wheelchair access is at the side of the theatre. Please notify staff at box office to gain entry.
Sennheiser infra-red system available on request. Receivers for use both with and without a hearing aid are available and can be collected from the foyer.
Unisex accessible, adapted toilet on stalls level.
Bars on all levels are only accessible by stairs. However, theatre staff are available to bring refreshments to those who require assistance. Please request this service prior to the start of the performance.

Royal Lyceum Theatre
Grindlay Street

Wheelchair spaces available in rear stalls, which have been levelled and raised. Seats at row ends incorporate removable armrests for easy transferral.
Induction loop system in all levels of the auditorium. Induction loop/intercom available at Box Office.
Hearing enhancement system available. Receivers for use without a hearing aid can be collected from information/shop area.
Accessible public telephone with induction loop.
Fully accessible unisex toilet available on the ground floor.
The restaurant has level access through a single door. Waiter service. Removable seats.
Selection of specially designed supports and footrests available. Guide dogs and hearing dogs welcome. Fully trained staff are always ready to assist.

The Edinburgh Playhouse
18 - 22 Greenside Place

Greenside Place and Leith Walk are Greenways and controlled by police. Single yellow line to rear of theatre or Pay and Display over the road on Picardy Place and Union Place. Public car parking approximately 40 metres away in Gayfield Square or Greenside Row. There is also a 24hr NCP car park located next to the theatre.
Ramped access or three steps.
Level access for wheelchair users to positions in the front section of the rear of the circle. We recommend that people with mobility difficulties sit in the circle as this is the most accessible level.
Sennheiser infra-red system available in all areas of the auditorium. Receivers for use both with and without a hearing aid are available. Please note that a £10 deposit is required which will be returned at the end of the performance. Contact Duty Manager for headsets.
Unisex accessible toilet off main foyer at circle level, there are also ambulant disabled toilets on the mezzainine level.
The bar situated at the circle level is accessible to wheelchair users as is the circle kiosk serving confectionary and the merchandise kiosk.

The Hub
Edinburgh’s Festival Centre
Castlehill, Royal Mile

Single yellow line and Pay and Display spaces available on Johnston Terrace. Public car park on Castle Terrace. There is no parking on Johnston Terrace or Castlehill during the Edinburgh Military Tattoo 3-26 August.
Level or lift access to all public areas of the building. Hub Tickets' counters are at a suitable height for wheelchair users.
The Main Hall and the Dunard Library are fully accessible with wheelchair spaces available.
Induction loop system in Hub Tickets and the Main Hall.
The Dunard Library is equipped with an infra-red hearing enhancement system for use without a hearing aid. Headsets for use without a hearing aid are available from the Duty Manager.
One accessible unisex toilet with emergency pull cord on the ground floor and one up three steps or using a stair lift.
Cafe Hub has level access on the ground floor.
Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome.
Lift has voice announcement and Braille buttons.
Contrasting colour has been used throughout the building to assist those with visual impairment.

Ross Bandstand & Princes Street Gardens
Bank of Scotland Fireworks Concert
Sunday 3 September 9.00pm

Vehicle access to the neighbouring streets is restricted on the evening of the Fireworks Concert. NCP car park at Castle Terrace.
Level access to Ross Theatre is approximately 200 metres from King’s Stables Road entrance. To avoid congestion on the access paths you are advised to arrive before 8pm.
There are wheelchair spaces available in Ross Theatre. In Princes Street Gardens wheelchair spaces with space for one companion available in a specially ticketed area, please let us know if you would like to use this area when you book. Space for additional companions is provided immediately in front of the wheelchair area, please ask a steward on the night for access to this area.
There are disabled toilet facilities in the disabled viewing area and behind the bandstand.
Wheelchair accessible toilet also available in public toilets at West End of the Gardens.
Please note that the Gardens have no specialised facilities and that the area becomes very crowded. This, combined with the noisy fireworks, means that it is not advisable to bring guide dogs and hearing dogs to this event as it may cause them distress.

Greyfriars Kirk
Greyfriars Place

Single yellow line parking in Candlemaker Row or limited single yellow line parking at entrance. Private car park within church grounds for blue badge holders only, less than 20 metres from the entrance. These spaces can be reserved in advance, subject to availability.
Flat tarmac access to a double door with help always available.
Wheelchair spaces available.
All areas of the Kirk are suitable for wheelchair users.
A public telephone is available.
An adapted toilet with grab rails, which is suitable for wheelchair users is available.
