Press Tickets

If you would like to cover performances at the Edinburgh International Festival you need to apply for tickets through the press office.

If you are new to the Festival, or a less regular attender, you will be asked for a letter on headed paper from your commissioning editor outlining the shows they would like you to cover and the form the coverage will take.

On receipt of this you will be issued with a form to fill in detailing which performances you would like to see, on which dates and in which area of the house you would prefer to sit.

Allocation of press tickets will begin in May. There are a limited number per performance. Please submit your request as early as possible, tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis.
