Festival sales reach £1million
Fri 20 Apr 2007
Tickets for the 2007 Edinburgh International Festival went on sale to the public on Saturday 14th April and after a very busy day the box office recorded takings in excess of £215,000. Thanks to all patient Festival bookers who queued up on the day to get their tickets.
There has been a great response to this year's programme and tickets sales reached the £1 million mark on Wednesday 18th April. Even though sales have been strong, very few shows are actually sold out and there are still plenty of opportunities to experience Festival 07.
Check out ticket availability online and, if you would like to book tickets, the website also offers customers the ability to choose the very seat they want to sit in.
