The Edinburgh International Festival would like to apologise to all ticket holders at the cancelled performance of Troilus and Cressida on Monday 14 August.

The cancellation was due to a mechanical failure, with the wall which makes up the bulk of the set freezing on stage.

Ticket holders for the performance can either exchange them for another performance, or receive a full refund.

To exchange, please call Hub Tickets on 0131 473 2000 or email boxoffice@eif.co.uk, or call in person at The Hub, Castlehill, Edinburgh in the next few days.

Otherwise, customers will receive an automatic refund, and do not need to take any further action. You will be refunded by the method with which you paid for your ticket.
